What is the Coaching process?

The sessions are relaxed, friendly, fun and a positive experience

 The sessions are completely confidential

Clients remain in charge at all times and you can set any boundaries you need

Coaches do not tell clients what to do

Coaches have a raft of techniques available to them. Through listening in special ways and by asking careful questions, coaches encourage clients to find understanding in their lives, and the answers they need.

  1. We will look at what your current situation is and specifically what your goal is. A personal history will be completed including a wellness questionnaire to assess your current standing.
  2. We will look at what your limiting decisions are and what is holding you back from achieving success right now! We will clear up all the negative emotions (anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and any other) and let go of all past limiting decisions, such as; I'm not worthy; or I can't make enough money; or I'm so fat. We will align your values and make sure that there is congruency between your unconscious and conscious mind
  3. Then our path will lead us to what needs to change in order for you to achieve optimum wellness. My philosophy is: baby steps.  With each major goal we will set smaller obtainable goals.
  4. After each session you will receive tasks specially designed to assist you on your path of wellbeing.
  5. We will meet either twice a month or on a monthly basis. This will be discussed at our first meeting.
  6. Regular communication either via e-mail/skype/telephone. To keep you motivated and for you to be able to ask questions when ever you need.

Who needs a Wellness Coach?

Wellness Coaching is for those who are ready to take a courageous step to change their life. It is for those who realize that you have one life and that it is a precious gift!

Are you ready to make changes in your life? Do you often ask yourself the following questions?

·         Why can't I say NO?

·         Why do I put other's needs before my own?

·         Why do I feel so depressed/fustrated/lost?

·         Why can't I achieve my goals?

·         What are my goals?

·         Where do I wish to go in life?

·         How can I make my life better?

There are most definitely many more of these questions you can ask yourself. But, the ultimate question is: Are you ready to take the step?

"The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score."
Bill Copeland

What is a Create your Future® Nlp Coach?

The Create your Future® Nlp Coach follows all the guidelines from coaching, with the advantages of Nlp techniques. In Nlp I will focus on your outcome / goals and ask questions regarding the issues / limiting believes or decisions that are stopping you from achieving your outcomes / goals. I won't be talking about the problem so much as to gather information about it. It is more important to discover the internal process of how you created the problem. That means that we are looking for the strategy, or how you structure the problem. Because our focus is on structure, that means that, once we discover it, we can move on and focus on having the problem disappear very quickly. I may even ask you questions that you do not totally understand consciously in order for your unconscious mind to make the changes you want at the unconscious level. It is important to do this so that we can reduce the time taken for the process. As your coach I will facilitate change through verbal and non verbal communication (questions, reflections, explanations, metaphors, tasking, guiding focus exercises, etc.) I will support your growth, learning, professional development, and personal benchmark.

Nlp techniques: a) Time Line Therapy techniques: The techniques are a process of active imagination where you as the client imagine floating above your time line and letting go of your negative emotions, limiting decisions or limiting beliefs. You are also asked to imagine creating events in your future that support your goals or outcomes. Time Line Therapy techniques have demonstrated results in a broad variety of presenting problems. It is a powerful technique which allows clients to make long-lasting changes in a very rapid way.

b) Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP): NLP is a model of communication - how we communicate to self and others - and how that communication creates and affects our behavior. As a study, it is a synthesis of cognitive and behavioral philosophies which focus on the information coming in through the neurology (cognitive) and the programs we run inside our heads to produce the behaviors (behavioral) we do.

NLP Explained (Wikipedia):

Nlp is the nervous system or the mind through which our experiences are processed by our 5 senses. Linguistics means language and other non verbal communication systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning. Nlp is the study of excellence and how to replicate it. Nlp is an attitude and a methodology which leaves behind a trail of techniques. In Nlp we are not interested in how people are broken, we do not diagnose, we do not study people to find out how they get sick, and we actually study people to find out how they are well. (Tad James)

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is defined in the Oxford English Dictionary as "a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behavior and the subjective experiences (esp. patterns of thought) underlying them" and "a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior. The co-founders, Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder, claimed it would be instrumental in "finding ways to help people have better, fuller and richer lives". They coined the title to denote a supposed theoretical connection between neurological processes ('neuro'), language ('linguistic') and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience ('programming') and that can be organized to achieve specific goals in life.

NLP was originally promoted by its founders, Bandler and Grinder, in the 1970s as an extraordinarily effective and rapid form of psychological therapy, capable of addressing the full range of problems which psychologists are likely to encounter, such as phobias, depression, habit disorder, psychosomatic illnesses, learning disorders. It also espoused the potential for self-determination through overcoming learned limitations and emphasized wellbeing and healthy functioning. Later, it was promoted as a 'science of excellence', derived from the study or 'modeling' of how successful or outstanding people in different fields obtain their results.

Guarantee: All work that I do is guaranteed. That means that you will receive the support and follow-up to ensure that you get the results you wanted. We guarantee our work because our experience has shown us that our clients always get results.

The guarantee works like this: You must finish the programme. That means, attend every session. You must go through the entire process all the way to the end. You must do the tasking after the session, and you need to do it fully and completely. Having done this and allowed some time (say up to 2 weeks)for the process to integrate then I agree to work with you until your problem is gone at no charge beyond the initial session. If we have quoted you a certain length of session/s after the detailed personal history was completed, then we will work with you at no charge until you get the results you want.

The Wellness Coach is there with you throughout the journey, it's unlike reading or studying a self help book, you are not on your own.  The consistent interaction between coach and client is what makes the difference. As your coach I will help you find those limitations, release limitations and all negative emotions, and guide you to set realistic goals to achieve your utmost desire.
