At Ikigai coaching studio, your physical and mental wellbeing is at the top of our list.

 Studio opening times:

Monday – Thursday: 5h30 - 19h00, Fridays: 5h30 – 11h00 & Saturdays: 7h00 – 10h00

**Studio closed on Sundays and Public holidays**

Body Conditioning (specialized personal group training session)(on prior arrangement only)

 

One on One or partners sessions:

Personal Training (Pilates or Conditioning training)

 

Private or Partner-Private classes: A private class has one client. A partner-private class can take 2 clients.

Pilates Mat Group classes: We provide group classes. Multi-level contemporary Pilates class. Maximum 4

Getting Started:

 

Step 1 - Registration and orientation:

Mat classes: You will enjoy a free trail/introductory session.  Thereafter, you will experience an additional private orientation session which will fully introduce you to the Contemporary Pilates method and all the important Classic Pilates principles included in the registration fee. I will assess your current fitness and discuss current injuries and special conditions, this will assist us to ensure that your needs will be met in class.

Private or 1 on 1 session (Pilates or Personal training):  You will start with a private session included in the registration fee. This is essential for us to introduce you to the Pilates method and for traditional personal, do a quick body analysis and to monitor injuries and special conditions for when we design your program. I will guide you towards the most suitable program after your orientation session.

Step 2 –

Mat Group class Enrolment: If you would like to secure your time/s, then we will discuss which classes have available space.

Private session Enrolment: My goal is to accommodate your session time most convenient to both of our schedules
